My WBJEE gmr rank is 38340 and as I am SC student my SC rank is3007..and I am also from home state.Will I get Jadavpur University?

I have a doubt...on what basis I will get in Jadavpur.Will they see my category rank or GMR rank during councelling??please tell me which branches will I get?

On the basis of gmr council is proceed, it is clearly written on the rank card,
