My WBJEE gmr rank is 45948 and sc rank is 4734 in this rank can i get IIM

I am guessing that you are asking about IEM Kolkata because admission in IIMS is not through WBJEE. IIMS offer admission through CAT for mba and IPMAT for integrated mba

In wbjee all the seats are alloted on the basis of GMR rank and not your category rank.

This is very difficult to predict because cut off keeps changing every year depending upon a number of factors like

--------)Kind of marks obtained by the students in the WBJEE exam
