My wbjee GMR rank is 5254 and i get IT branch from techno india .if there is a chance that i get CSE from heritage in mop up round ?

Dear candidate.... hope you're doing good..
Well, basing upon your rank, it seems like you may not computer science engineering in the mop up round but still you can give it a try at the time of counseling and it's better to apply for colleges in your own home state so that the chances of getting admission are high.
