my wbjee rank 62244 i belong to general may i get haldia mechanical?

I'm sorry to tell you that that the cutoff 2018 for Mechanical in 'Haldia Institute of Technology' is as under:

• Round 1- Opening Rank-3388 -Closing Rank-12500
• Round 2 -Closing Rank-18081
• Round 3-Closing Rank-22260
• Round4-Closing Rank-52950

So the thing is that this year the last closing rank for mechanical was around 53k so how can i tell you that you will get a seat in Mechanical in your desired college.

So this year the counselling trend will go the same way,so you will have to wait till the end of the counselling.

Wait till the end of the counselling,may you get other branches which are good.

With this rank it is really difficult for you to get mechanical in Haldia institute of technology even after the second round. However you may bag a seat in production engineering(it has good scope in india), instrumentation and control engineering, biotechnology(not a 100% chance but you might get it). All the best .
