Congratulations for your result. The cutoffs change every year as this is based on various factors. If we go through the cutoffs of previous few years of various government Engineering colleges then it will be difficult to get CSE or any other branches. But there are fair chances to get private Engineering colleges of Kolkata based on your rank. You can expect Computer science in Techno India College of Technology, BP Poddar Institute of Management and Technology and Future Institute of Engineering and Management. Last year the closing rank for RCC Institute of Information Technology was around 12000 after round 3 counselling. If this year the cutoff changes, then you have chances of getting CSE there.
