my wbjee rank is 15000 i m from genral category home state bihar can i get civil branch in gov. college?

Yes you may get civil branch. There are many colleges under wbjee to which you may apply and appear in the list of branch seekers. Make sure during counselling you fill out such colleges only in which you have fair chances of getting admission with the particular branch of your choice.

You have fair chances to get one , remember there are not only single round of counselling so you can get one.
