My WBJEE rank is 16000 and OBC rank is 956. Can I get B.Arch in Jadavpur Univ.

With this rank you don't have much chances of getting B.arch in Jadavpur University. Last year for OBC the Cutoff was around 9000 and your rank is 16000. So there is no chance of getting a seat in jadavpur university. Better you can try in some other colleges.
