My wbjee rank is 16412& I am from Bihar .can I get good college?

Aarav with 16412 rank in WBJEE 2018 exam you won't be able to get admission in any of the top government colleges but you can still get admission in many of the top private colleges like:
- Netaji Subhash Engineering college
- Techno India
- Techno India Salt Lake – Kolkata
- Ideal Institute of Engineering - [IIE] – Nadia
- BP Poddar Institute of Management and Technology

Aarav no I am sorry to say you cannot get CS or ECE branch. With your rank, you have a good probability to get Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering and Civil Engineering
AOT Hooghly is an average college. You can do CSE there but don't expect a very good placement from this college.
