My wbjee rank is 27233. And OBC b rank is 1906. Will I get any branch in Jadavpur University or IEM in mop up round?

See at this you can't be able to get admission in jadavpur university with this rank. as it is the eminent university in west bengal. however every year cutoff changes. for iem kolkata it may be difficult also. however you have chances for heritage institute of technology and Haldia institute of technology.
You will be eligible for biotechnology, electronics and instrumentation, civil engineering , chemical engineering, mechanical engineering
