First of all, Congrats on such a good rank. The cutoff for IEM in TFW for CSE is around  1540 via WBJEE in the third round hence I think you may not  get a seat in CSE in IEM even if you wait till the third round. The cutoff of different courses in IEM are

EE 4800

IT 3755

ECE 3527

Mechanical 6207 HEnce I think you can easily get a seat in IT with your rank and category but you will have to wait till the third round. I will advise you to check out
