My wbjee rank is 4023(general category).is it good?which colleges will i get?

Hi,
According to me 4023 rank in general category is good enough to get good colleges.You can get colleges like Jadavpur university,Kolkata(b.pharma),Maulana abul kalam azaad university of technology,kolkata(IT),Heritage inst.of technology,kolkata(cse),Jalpaiguri govt.engineering college,jalpaiguri(electrical engg.) etc.Many other good colleges are available under this rank.
