Your rank is too high and the cutoff of government colleges are much low than your rank. So the chances of getting a seat in any government less. This less chance is only as the cutoff varies every year. Though you belong to the SC category but chances are not much. But you can get a seat in private colleges. you can get private colleges leaving IEM. In heritage there are chances but not in core branches, Similar is the case of Techno India salt lake.
