According to your question, i would say that unfortunately as you failed in physics 12, you wont get admission in any college for b pharm as you didnt get the pass marks even. The basic criteria for any course in a degree is that you have to pass your 12 with certain percentage depending on your caste . But paasing 12 with a certain percentage is compulsory  criteria for b pharm in any college.

You can clear your compartment in physics, then only you can apply for a degree course.
