your rank is not good enough to get a seat in jadavpur university. you can get civil engineering, it in kalyani government engineering college. you can get cse in the mop up rounnd in jalpaiguri government engineering college. you can get ece, ee, mechanical in the 3rd rounds in jgec.

You have very nice rank to get an admission for jadavpur University. You will satisfy for every course you want to take but for CSE and ECE it might be a bit difficult but not impossible. You can apply for it.
You can also go for Maulana Abdul Azad University too for CSE and IT.
