my wife is oci holder,she has qualified fmge.undergoing internship one year.after this she will get state permanent registration.she want further to give neet pg .pls guide.

How to apply for Registration?
Can I please ask you some questions? I am an OCI, however when applying for provisional registration, it shows that I need a domicile certificate, and I need to be an indian national. However, I am USA nationality, but have an OCI. Please tell me how your wife proceeded. I'm so stressed out regarding this.
