MY younger brother has AIR 114 in general category NIMCET,Can he get seat in NITK Surathkal in 2nd round allotment

I hope you are doing good. Now coming to your query, Previous year cutoff for NIT, Surathkal is 175. But cutoff changes every year based on several factors but still he has good chances to get a seat in NIT Surathkal with 114 rank.
