My younger brother has taken admission in mbbs in 2020 but due to his medical condition he can't able to attend a single class he is mentally not fit and have psychotic issues... Can we withdraw his admission without paying bond.. Because we have to withdraw due to his medical disability to continue

If you want to discontinue your brother study then you have to cancelled your brother admission.
Every medical college have bond and admission cancellation rules. Like if you leave the college in between your studying year then you have to pay some amount of fee.. other wise they can't leave you. Now come to the bond amount I think it's not taking by the college if you are not continue the study. You have to pay only leaving amount to the college.
Now your brother health is not well, so you can tell your brother college authority total situation and try to negotiate the leaving amount. I hope they will understand. Hope your brother will be fine soon.
