First of all congratulations to you on scoring such good position in the PG exam in Central University Jharkhand. Now as far as your question is concerned if you have applied or mentioned your category as OBC then it is necessary for you to submit your category certificate at the time of admission.
To prove your category you need to present your certificate at the time of admission.
