This College is permanently affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada (JNTUK) from the Academic Year 2017-18. The college was established in 1989. The college offers undergraduate engineering courses in civil engineering, computer science and engineering, electronics and communication engineering, electrical and electronics engineering, information technology, and mechanical engineering. The college offers postgraduate engineering courses in - communication systems, computer science & technology, machine design, power systems and automation, VLSI. The college also offers postgraduate courses in computer applications and business administration.

This college has been accredited with NAAC grade B.
