You didn't mention exactly what information do you want to know about this institution, but i guess you are asking whether you are eligible to apply for it, being from Telangana. Well, in that case, this course being a distance course, can be done from anywhere, you just have to get the course material delivered to your address, and for the examinations, you have to appear for them in the center allotted to you, closest to your address.
