I think you are taking about full MBBS course fess .
But you if you will get Mark's above 530+ then you can get private medical College in Karnataka in your desired fees

There are many of the private colleges which costs lesser fees then you have mentioned.
.
You have said upto 40L you afford but there are even private college with costs even 10L and below is the list.
.
Before that see that you are eligible as per points mentioned,
Passed 12th with PCB subjects
You must be scored with least 50%
You have 5% relaxation of you are SC/ST I.e, 45% you need to score
.
Coming to colleges here is the list below 15L
Index medical college 6L P.Y
CM medical college,kuchandur 5L P.Y
DAY Patil,Pune 12L P.Y
Bharati vidyapeet,sangli 9L
Ms ramaiah, Bangalore 5L
.
If you have not no interest in any of the college's you have even others to choose.
