Name on my Board Certificate is Raval Gaurav Mahavir but I filled Candidate's Name as: Gaurav Raval and Father's Name as: Mahavir Raval will I face any problem in JEE Councelling?

No you will not face any problem different boards use different formats of name so the name which will be considered is that of mentioned on your valid ID proof like AADHAR Card/PAN Card/SL or any other valid ID proof.
