You can go for MBBS or any course from AYUSH or even Bachelor of physiotherapy to get a doctor tag in front of your name but you cannot get a doctor tag by doing any course in BSc. If you choose science and want to persue BSc you will have to do MSc and PhD. After doing PhD you will get the tag of Doctor as in you have completed a doctorate in that subject. The BSc route takes time and may take up to maximum of 11 to 12 years whereas MBBS route takes just 5. If ytou are a really good student and you take the BSc route the fastest you can complete your PhD is atleast 8 years (the salary though, is more than what you will get through MBBS provided you get employed as a researcher or assistant professor).
