1.AIIMS (For AIIMS colleges all over india)

2.NEET (For almost every college across India)

3.AFMC ( Armed Forces Medical College )

4.JIPMER

These were for MBBS aspirants,others courses which you can opt are:

• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)
• Bachelor of Homeopathic/Ayurvedic/Unani Medicine Surgery (BAMS / BHMS / BUMS)
• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)
• Bachelor of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry (B.VSc & AH)
• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm)

For all these state common entrance test will be enough.

If you want your career in law field then:

• Common Law Admission Test for admission in B.A. LL.B (Hons), B.Com. (Hons), BBA LL.B (Hons).
• All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) for admission in B.A., LL.B. (Hons.), LLM, PhD.

If you want to pursue fashion desigining:

• National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) Entrance Test for admission in Design, Management and Technology for the international fashion business.
• All India Entrance Examination for Design (AIEED) for admission in 4 years UG level programmes in Design.

It depend on you in which field you want your career.
