native of kerala,studied 9,10,11,12 th classes in Tamilnadu. can i apply for tamilnadu counseling ?

According to me you can apply for councilling in all over India but you can not get state quota in any state except your domicile state. so if you have domicile of kerala than you will only get state quota of kerala no state quota for tamil nadu.
