NBE notified me to re-upload my photo and thumb impression. now I'm worried will they reject my form. I had applied it according to the neetpg 2020 guidelines still I get the notification.

No,they wont reject your form ,now just re-upload your photo and thumb impression by once again go the guidelines which are available in the below link.
