Hi,

Yes, NCC is also present at colleges like DTU and NSIT as societies.

It is NOT mandatory to join them.

It is the student's choice if he/she wants to join them and work for them or not.

Besides just NCC, there are many other societies also present and student can join any society of his/her interest.
