YES, NCERT and PYQ's for JEE mains is enough for scoring decent marks in JEE mains, since NCERT's textbooks are helpful for scoring  good and decent marks in JEE mains as it helps to clear down all the basics and fundamentals questions asked in JEE mains Examination. But, in order to score bnig number adn extra marks, practicing questions from NCERt and PYQ's is not only enough. You have to practice other questions from other reference books.
