As both Exam date have clashed.
It solely depends upon your choice
What are your priorities.
You will get another chance of NDA later this year but UPSEE is conducted once a year.
So In my suggestion to for UPSEE but If you are confident that you will crack NDA this time. Go for it As it is One of the best One can achieve at Intermediate level.
