These are the educational qualification needed to apy for UPSC NDA 2020 -
For Army Wing of NDA - 12th passed by State Education Board or a University
For Air Force and Naval Wings of NDA AND 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme of Indian Naval Academy -
12th passed (Physics and Mathematics) by State Education Board or a University. There is no minimum percentage barrier to be eligible for NDA

After filling the application for NDA, you need to appear for the written examination. Now coming to the NDA Exam pattern, there are two papers which you have to appear for- Mathematics and General Ability Test (GAT). 120 questions will be there from Mathematics and 150 questions from GAT. GAT consists of topics like English (Grammar, Vocabulary etc), Physics, Chemistry, General Science, History, Freedom Movement, Geography and Current events. Mathematics syllabus follows topics such as Algebra, Matrices, Determinants, Vector Algebra, Integral Calculus, Differential Equations, Statistics and Probability, Trigonometry, Differential Calculus, Analytical Geometry. The candidates who qualify in the written examination will be called for the interview by SSB i.e. Services Selection Board. The interview consists both intelligence and personality test.
