Your age lies in the given range, so you can attempt the exam. Start your preparation by referring to the syllabus and try to give as many mock tests as possible. To be able to eligible to apply for NDA 2023, candidate's age must be between 16.5-19.5 years.

>> For NDA 1 2023, candidate must be born between 2nd July 2004 to 1st July , 2007

>> For NDA 2 2023, candidate must be born between 2nd January , 2005, to 1st January , 2008

>> You must qualify the 12th class with physics and mathematics for navy and airforce.

>> For army you can complete the 12th class with any stream.

-------)) As you mentioned that you will be appearing for 12th class next year (2023), so according to the eligibility criteria, you must pass the 12th class before writing the exam.

** As NDA 1 2023, will be conducted in April 2023 and your exam will most probably be done by then and NDA 2 will be conducted in September 2023 S o you can definitely apply for NDA 2, 2023.
