It is absolutely OKAY and can be corrected. So the next step would be for you to email them with your details, incorrect details that you found, corrections as you would want it, and your registration ID. Although not required, but you can send them a copy of some type of ID proof to speed up things.

If you don't want to wait that long than,You can edit the details in the NDA application form until the mentioned dates of application. Click on the 'Update' button which is at the bottom of the application form. If you made your final submission of the NDA form then you have to contact the helpdesk by sending them a correction request through your email .
