however it is always better to start the day with physics when your mind is stretched so that you can understand the formulae and get through with your numericals well alternative you can also start with biology if you find memorizing stuff difficult and would like to do that with a fresh mind
take a break after studying for about 2 to 3 hours and have your lunch and you may take a short nap of an hour if required and when you are fresh you might start with the other one of eagle physics of biology which you have not done in the morning
after you are done with that and have taken an afternoon break around 7:00 in the evening you can start off with chemistry which is a comparatively lighter subject and often easier to understand even with a taxed mind
The chapters of priority of physics always remain thermodynamics, modern physics and electromagnetism along with mechanics, dose of chemistry organic chemistry and covalent bonding as well as atomic structure and biology are the chapters of Human Physiology, genetics, biotechnology and biomolecules
If you want to clear neet exam then you should have a proper schedule to follow-
1) divide your day into 4 halves and each halve should be of 3 hours, first half should be for physics,2nd half for biology,3rd halve for chemistry and 4th halve should be for solving questions
2) your main focus should remain on NCERT textbooks as most of the questions are asked from it so make sure you go through your NCERT textbooks thoroughly
3) opt any one reference for each subject like for physics you can opt dc Pandey, universal publication,Allen module, for chemistry you can opt ABC publication,op Tandon,Allen module, Dinesh objective, for biology you can opt trueman of biology, Pradeep,MTG.Don't opt too many books,it will only confuse you so solve one book multiple times.
4) solve previous year question papers as some questions are asked as it is
5) solve mock test papers to increase your speed of solving paper within time limit.
6) The last and the most important thing, don't get demotivated,it will only cause you problems so watch motivational videos or do meditate.
I hope this information helps you.
Thank you
