National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2021 is the single entrance test conducted at UG level for admission to medical courses.
NEET 2021 application form date is expected to be released soon by the NTA. The conducting body National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the NEET application form 2021 online on their official website. Candidates who are willing to apply for the national level examination will have to register themselves first on the official website of NTA NEET 2021 in order to access the application forms.
Candidates who are 17 years and above as of the date of admissions or by December 31, 2021 are eligible to apply for NEET. There is no upper age limit as of now.
Candidate must have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination with Chemistry, Biology and Physics as mandatory subjects. They must have scored a minimum of 50% in aggregate and in each subject too. OBC/ SC/ST candidates must have scored a minimum of 40% while PwD candidates must score at least 45% in the qualifying exam.
NEET 2021 exam is a pen and paper-based exam to be held in three hours. As per NEET 2021 exam pattern, the question paper will contain questions from Biology (Botany+Zoology), Physics and Chemistry. NEET Syllabus is of 10+2 standard.
Full marks is 720. 4 marks will be awarded for a correct answer. 1 mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
