Need clarity. In Punjab state 1st round .i have got Adesh. I don't want. Can I make free exit without going to college & opt for 2nd round

If in the first round of your college selection you have for Adesh which you don't want to choose then you simply can wait for the second list without having to do anything,the ones who like the colleges of first round only have to confirm.
Thats because the rest are waiting for the second round for sure.
