You can try Bsc in various different subjects. You can also try b pharmac, biotechnology etc.
In case you don't want allopathy environment, you can try BDS, BAMS, BHMS, vets, BOTH, BPTH etc there are various paraclinical courses available, go according to your interests.

you can study bams or Ayush courses, can pursue BTech in biomedical engineering, bs research in biological sciences,bsc zoology or botany.

I think by doctor you mean MBBS doctor, right? You can do BAMS, BUMS, BDS, B.Vsc etc.
But if you don't want to be a doctor in any field, in that case, you can go for B.sc courses in various departments like in agriculture or you can do B.pharma.
