If you are domicile of UP state then you can apply the Government seats in your state only, If you wish to take admission in other state then you will be eligible to apply for the Management quota seats in private colleges.

U are not eligible for other state counselling if you have not that state domecile . You only eligible for other state through AIQ.

YES you can go for other state counselling as well with LOCALITY mentioning NON LOCAL, you have good marks and good AIR , so there are good chances getting seat in Govt. colleges but fair chances in pvt colleges too. DO GIVE IT A TRY !
