As per your query I would like to tell you that getting a seat with these marks under all India quota is not possible whereas you have fair chances of getting a seat under state quota as last year least marks to secure a seat was 469 marks in Dr ram Manohar lohiya medical institute, Lucknow from your category,so I think you should go for government colleges under state quota talking of which remember that cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category

Your NEET score is quite good.!
Based on your result, you have maximum chances of getting a seat in good government college. As per last year's cutoff range for admission in UP under state counseling for a general category candidate + your NEET score, here is the list of colleges that you have chances of getting admission into, under 85% state quota seats:
- Sarojini Naidu Medical College - 548
- Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical College - 551
- Maharani Laxmi Bai Medical College, Jhansi - 543

Your score is good enough to secure a seat in government college for medical course. As the cutoffs for admission changes every year depending upon factors like total number of applicants, total number of seats available under state quota and related such.
This year the number of candidates who appeared for the entrance exam were approximately 14-14.5 lakh i.e 2+ lakh more than last year and so there is such case of All India Rankings. Also because of the reservations for SC/ST/OBC categories, there are variations in the rankings compared to past years trends. As there has been no increase in the number of seats, but a huge increase in the number of applicants.
Well, as per your score you can also apply for admission in other states through 15% AIQ seats. And to know your chances of admission in other states use the college predictor tool, the link of which is provided below- to predict your colleges based on your NEET result:
