All you need to do is to go to NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY CUM ENTRANCE TEST (http://cbseneet.nic.in/cbseneet/welcome.aspx) (Their official website) and click on the Exam city correction (http://cbseneet.nic.in/cbseneet/online/CandidateLogin.aspx) in the online services column which can be seen in their website’s footer.
Once opened the link you will be redirected to a page asking the reg. number(application number) and password. After signing in you can see your form and can change or modify your preferences . You will get an OTP before the submission. Once OTP verified, Voila! You finally did your job.
