Neet 2020 counsilling , can i switch to Gen category if failing to produce document for OBC, is there any change of rules (within past 2 years) restricting, change of reservation category to unreserved during counsilling

Well dear if you come under OBC but have no valid certification proof for it then automatically you will be considered to come under the OBC Category,the form might display OBC,But at the time of taking admission and counselling your General rank will be considered and not the OBC Rank.
