Let me tell you that the cutoffs change every year based on certain criterias such as number of students appearing for the exam, difficulty level of question paper, number of seats available etc., The category you belong to also plays a major role. But, generally the categories are considered based on all India level and state categories are only valid in State counseling. Thus, I am providing you the link for more information on cutoff. You can check the same. The NEET 2020 cutoffs have been released already. It is 146- 113 for reserved categories.
