I couldn't understand what you are asking because of language barrier, let me know what you are asking in either English or Hindi so that I can help you in a better way
But I understood is that you are asking about clearing neet examination in just 1 month , this is possible but only if your basics are clear and at least you have completed the syllabus of 11th and 12th in a good manner . But you cannot prepare for neet from scratch in just 1 month.
Coming to cut off marks of neet around 120 marks , I would like to tell you that is cut off marks for qualifying neet examination and not for getting a seat in government medical, so you should target at least 550 marks or more in your neet examination
