Well, there is not any stone information, about how many times NTA will conduct NEET 2020. It may be twice in a year or may be only once. Because there is not any official notice from the officials of NTA yet. It will be released with the commencing of the availability of online forms on official NEET site. Till then you must prepare hard and waif for the opportunity.

Dear Farheen, NTA is the exam conducting authority for NEET on behalf of MCC. Now MCC has been scrapped and NMC has taken its place. And there is no mention of NEET being conducted twice atleast officially. Unless NTA releases any official information, any news that you might come across os just speculative.
