Are you sure it is your All India Rank and not your Category Rank. Because this year an All India Rank of 125719 secured 456 marks. So with a score 452, you cannot have an All India Rank of 54249. Having said that, in 2019, under State Quota, 476 marks secured a seat in Lady Hardinge Medical College under SC Category. That was the cut off. With 452 marks, it is tad difficult for a seat in the Colleges you have mentioned. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year.
