The registrations has not been started for neet 2021. But it is expected that the officials can release the neet examination form soon. And it is expected to release it's form in month in February.
So, you better check the neet official site for more details.
Also, for giving neet you must have completed 17 years as on December 31, 2021.
You must have passed your 10+2 or equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board.
Class 12th or equivalent appearing aspirants are also eligible to apply for NEET.
You must have to secure an aggregate marks only for PCB subjects of -
For General candidates - 50%, for OBC/SC/ST candidates - 40%, and for PWD candidates - 45%
Indian Nationals, NRIs, OCIs, PIOs & Foreign National aspirants are also eligible to apply for neet.

As of now there has been no notification issued by the NTA regarding the NEET exam dates or registration. But due to the COVID, this caused the postponements in the release of NEET 2021 exam date. However NTA will release the exam dates of NEET 2021 soon along with the official brochure on the official website ntaneet.nic.in
The NEET Application Form 2021 can be filled in five simple steps- NEET registration, filling of application, uploading of scanned images, payment of application fee, and a printout of the confirmation page.
