Since you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as MP according to your profile.
See it's quite difficult to predict the exact cut-off marks for any medical college because the cut-off marks are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on. But if we go through previous year's cut-off trends then it shows that last year the lowest cut-off marks was 491 for Gandhi Medical College, Bhopal and in 2018 it was 445 out of 720 marks under state quota for SC category, which shows that cut-offs are increasing and this year also cut-offs are expected to increase by minimum 15-20 marks, so if you want to be on the safer side for admission in it than you should try to score more than 560-570 out of 720 in NEET 2021. This cut-off might change .
