Hello aspirant,
Yes, candidates with a hearing disability are also eligible for giving NEET. To avail of the quota, a candidate must have a minimum of 40% hearing disability (It is further categorized as "Hard of Hearing or Deafness). You will have to get a disability certificate from the respective authority approved by the Medical Council of India. The candidates can also approach the two centers to obtain Disability Certificate in addition to 13 already existing centers across India which are LHMC, Delhi and RML Hospital, New Delhi.
