Hello aspirant,
PHYSICS- The physics element of the NEET test is split into two parts: 30% theory and 70% numerical. To achieve a score of 160 or higher in Physics, you must master the numerical section. To begin, make sure your concepts are clear (Take help from your teachers or YouTube, whichever suits you the best). Concentrate on the parts that have appeared in previous years' question papers and on your weak regions. Second, practise using mock tests and practise papers. All of the formulas should be on your tips because they are incredibly useful. Make a separate book with only the formulas in it.
CHEMISTRY- Again, make sure your concepts are crystal clear- especially organic chemistry and mole concept. The paper consists of 50% numerical and 50% theory so you should completely focus on the NCERT for both as both 2020 and 2021 had various questions from direct NCERT itself. Practice mock tests and focus on your weak areas.
BIOLOGY- Keep reading NCERT, make your own notes and focus on high-weightage chapters. Solve atleast 100 questions from each chapter to have a strong grasp over each one.
You can do it, just be patient and be dedicated to your goal!
You can have a look at this article too, which contains a list of important books and high weightage chapters- https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-preparation-tips
