in order to appear for NEET candidates are required to fulfill the following criteria;
Attained 17 years by 31st December of the appearing year.
Passed or appearing 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects.
PCB Aggregate inclusive of theory and practical needs to be achieved against one's respective category-
UR - 50%
SC/ST/OBC - 40%
PWD - 45%
As of now there is no upper age limit for NEET till Supreme Court passes any judgments regarding the same hence no more restrictions in number of attempts,

No, The NEET 2022 forms are not yet released by the official. The officials have not yet released the dates for the NEET 2022 exam. NEET-UG 2022 is expected to be conducted on any Sunday between the last week of June and the first week of July.
