The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Undergraduate) or NEET (UG), formerly the All India Pre-Medical Test (AIPMT), is an all India pre-medical entrance test for students who wish to pursue undergraduate medical (MBBS), dental (BDS) and AYUSH (BAMS,BHMS,unani, veterinary etc.) courses in government and private institutions in India.
So neet is not any college or university, it's just an entrance exam which provides admission in various course of medical in different colleges in India and also abroad.
So you don't need to go any building or anywhere to take admission in neet.
If you want to study any course mentioned above then you need to fill application form of neet then give the exam and qualify it and score maximum marks and attend counseling like all india quota and state quota to get medical College.
